ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE SHOP! Demanded $4,740 for Failed Work and Ruined My Truck!If I could give Euro Speed Werks and the service manager, Ryan, zero stars, I would. This is the most dishonest, predatory, and incompetent shop I have ever encountered.Bait-and-Switch on Sensors: From the very beginning, they explicitly told me my sensors were completely fine. Then, they turned around and slapped a massive charge on my bill for replacement sensors that were never even installed on my vehicle.Phantom Programming Charges: They charged me full price for module and computer programming that they never actually successfully completed.Ignored Direct "Stop Work" Orders: When the estimate got completely out of control, I explicitly messaged Ryan and told him to "stop everything." He completely ignored a direct command to stop labor, performed unauthorized work anyway, and slammed us with an outrageous $4,740 bill for a single strut.Destroyed a Running Truck: My truck was operating normally when it arrived at their shop. By the time they were done with it, it was completely ruined, undrivable, and inoperable. I literally had to have my truck leave their shop on a tow truck in significantly worse condition than how it got there.Refused to Make it Right: When confronted with the fact that they failed to complete the promised repairs, overcharged us, and returned a broken vehicle, Ryan completely refused to take responsibility.They will hold your vehicle hostage, ignore your direct instructions, charge you for ghost parts, and leave your property broken and undrivable. Save yourself the stress and thousands of dollars—DO NOT trust Euro Speed Werks with your vehicle!
